Gooey Zucchini Brownies




These were a very bastardized and veganized version of a recipe I found years ago and never made. They turned out so moist and delicious. They were gobbled up by a crowd of doubters.




Zinfandel Bruscetta Salad


This was from a couple of weeks ago. The CSA kept bringing loads of lemon cucumbers. They made a cute bowl for this summery salad.

I haven't had much time to do any recipe creating myself lately. I have been testing for others. Every once in a while, I slip one of my own in.

This was a rich, crispy, spicy treat. We served it with garlic whipped potatoes and armenian cucumbers.
