This was from a couple of weeks ago. The CSA kept bringing loads of lemon cucumbers. They made a cute bowl for this summery salad.

Veg-In-Training: WELCOME!!! When I started eating and cooking vegan foods I had lots of questions about preparation methods and ingredients.
