Everything I've made from it has been lovely. However, I'm rarely inspired to crack it open. The cookbooks that fill me with the intensity to cook are the ones that either have beautiful photographs or have interesting introductions that give me a feeling about the author or the dish. With Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen, there's not an overwhelming amount of either one. <br><br>I need to try the Cauliflower with Capers in an herbed vinaigrette.
